[Gfoss] wms server

Salve a tutti,
da un pò di tempo mi sto cimentando a metter su un wms server ma non 
riesco a capire perchè non riesco a contattarlo da qgis.

la stringa nel map file è la seguente:

non  è che ne mastico molta di sta roba ma un pò di tempo fa sono 
riuscito a farlo
