Più che un aggiornamento un terremoto! Si sta dicendo che i servizi
che non implementino *anche* un'interfaccia SOAP non saranno Inspire
compliant... C'era da aspettarselo, ma a cascata dovranno rimettere
mano anche a OGC, ecc.
Mah, mi sembra un gran baraccone...
