Sì Andrea, avevo letto anch'io quella pagina però ho lasciato il
condizionale perché:<br>

<li>una riga più sotto "There is no definitive guide to what you
can and can't do with OSM data."</li>
<li>e nella frase "If what you create is based on OSM data (for
example if you create a new layer by looking at the OSM data and
refering to locations on it) then it is likely you have created
a <b>derivative work</b>." le parole "it is likely" mi suonano
come non definitive.</li>
</ul>
<p>Personalmente sono anch'io della tua opinione, però non so se
legalmente sia ufficialmente così...<br>

Stando alla mia semplificazione di un vettore tracciato su una base OSM, si
tratta di "derivative work".
