[Gfoss] QGIS 3.4.1 - unable to add wms layer (in 2.x worked)

Hi,

please try this WMS link:

On QGIS 3.4.1 I can see the layers list, but I cannot add anything.
In QGIS 2.x it worked perfectly.

How can I do it?
