[Gfoss] Error returned installing QGIS 2.12

Hi all,

I can't confirm the error.
I managed last week to install QGIS 2.12 64-bit on a Windows 7 64-bit with
two Oracle Client already installed.
The Oracle file form QGIS setup didn't overwrite the existing files nor I
had any error.
