[Gfoss] mappe isocrone

Questione intrigante, ma mi sfugge un punto: il tempo e' pari al rapporto fra
spazio e velocita', corretto?

Ora, mentre le distanze sono note, ad es. dal layer stradale WFS del PCN,
come imposti le velocita'..?
