[Gfoss] Una questione "legale" su plugin come OpenLayers

Sì Andrea, avevo letto anch'io quella pagina però ho lasciato il 
condizionale perché:

  * in alto nella pagina è scritto "The OpenStreetMap license has
    changed to the Open Database License
    <http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Open_Database_License>. This
    page documents the situation before 12 September 2012 and is not
    applicable to data downloaded after then."
  * una riga più sotto "There is no definitive guide to what you can and
    can't do with OSM data."
  * e nella frase "If what you create is based on OSM data (for example
    if you create a new layer by looking at the OSM data and refering to
    locations on it) then it is likely you have created a *derivative
    work*." le parole "it is likely" mi suonano come non definitive.

Personalmente sono anch'io della tua opinione, però non so se legalmente 
sia ufficialmente così...
