[Gfoss] UNIONE FILE RASTER - ERRORE PLUGIN QGIS 2.4

Quando Python inizia ad insultarti, è più facile trovare un ago in un
pagliaio piuttosto che debuggare il problema...

Senza saper nè leggere nè scrivere, al tuo posto ripristinerei Windows ad
uno stato pre-2.4 così:

1] WIN-R
2] *%windir%/system32/restore/rstrui*
3] OK
