Updated INSPIRE Metadata Technical Guidelines
An updated version (1.3) of the INSPIRE Metadata Technical Guidelines,
published on November 6, 2013, clarifies some aspects of the implementation
of the discovery metadata elements based on the experience built during the
period of implementation from 2010 to 2013. The updates guidelines also
include an overview of the Metadata elements for Evaluation and Use defined
in the INSPIRE Implementing Rules for the Interoperability of Spatial
Datasets and Services.
