Tariq Khokhar is the World Bank’s Open Data Evangelist. His interests 
lie where technology, transparency, poverty and data meet. He formerly 
led innovation and community engagement work at Aidinfo and the 
International Aid Transparency Initiative (IATI). He also served as a
