Ho dato una scorsa alla versione inglese.
A me pare che crei problemi piu' di quelli che risolva.

Andrebbe anche bene, ma il successivo emendamento (emendamento 65) mi
lascia perplesso.

Praticamente tutti i formati basati su una specifica ISO non sono
OpenFormat secondo
questo emendamento.
L'emendamento dice che il formato deve essere mantenuto da una
organizzazione no-profit e non soggetto a royaltes.

Ad esempio il GML, che io avrei ritenuto fosse un formato Open perche'
è intelleggibile e
interpretabile e machine-readable.
Non è un "Open Format", perche' la sua specifica è soggetta a un
pagamento di royaltes.

La specifca WMS 1.3.0 è stata codificata da ISO con la specifica ISO19128.

Quindi non sarebbe un formato Aperto ?

E allora come la mettiamo con Inspire che prescrive l'impiego della
ISO19128 (WMS 1.3.0 ?)

Mi preoccupa la questione dei metadati.
Secondo questa norma la specifica dei metadati ISO19115 non è
OpenFormat e quindi non andrebbe usata.
