L'ho installato sul mio PC. Ho provato a fare una conversione da 2 raster JPEG da circa 5 mb cadauno:

  raster2pgsql -d -s 25832 -I -C -M 0600604*.jpg -t 512x512 -Y -F -l 2,4,8,16,32  public.foto | psql -d test postgres

ma caricandolo con il plugin di QGIS (wktraster versione 0.5.3), ci mette un'eternità a caricare il layer.

Sicuramente sbaglio in qualcosa...
