[Gfoss] QGIS (OSGEO): Strumenti GRASS non attivi e barra attributi non visibile

grazie luca per essere intervenuto e risolto (ancora) questo problema.
chiedo allora a chi sa.
siccome mi sembra che la scomparsa della barra avvenga non spesso, ma
comunque avviene, esiste un posto in cui scrivere appunto come risolverla?
