[Gfoss] GRASS GIS Web UI

Per ora funziona (es.: carica un file .shp  (v.in.ogr) lo visualizzi (d.vect) gli applichi un buffer .. visualizzi la nuova mapp) 
è un prof-of-concept ... Mohammed ed io siamo in cerca di sponsors interessati al suo sviluppo .... (hardest part)

si tratta di una verione "light" di grass portata in c++  integrata in webtoolkit,
verrà presto rilasciata sotto gpl.
