[Gfoss] mod_geocache

Slashgeo  riporta che sulla ML di OSGeo-Discuss[1] e' apparso l'annuncio 
di questo "mod-geocache", in pratica un modulo per apache che permette 
di fornire i servizio di geocaching di servizi webgis.

mod-geocache is an open source apache module written in C with a 
permissive license that aims to implement a subset of the features 
offered by existing tile caching solutions. The primary objective is to 
be fast, while offering the essential features expected from a tile 
caching solution.

Features
     * supports WMS requests (TMS and WMTS support coming)
     * supports WMS backends
     * supports metatiling
     * supports on-the-fly tile merging
