       2 distribuzione
       3 distribuzione di modifiche/derivati

Il 'might as well' e' una questione di strategia.
A mio avviso in questo caso la strategia migliore e' spingere
per il rilascio in publico dominio: nessuno sforzo o grattacapo
legale :)
