[Gfoss] DEM con qgis o grass

Buongiorno a tutti,
sto provando ad ottenere dei dem con gli strumenti in oggetto,
tra le varie info reperite, almeno una delle strade da percorrere,
sembra quella di convertire le curve di livello quotate in raster,
quindi con v.to.rast
sia usando grass che usando il modulo su qgis ottendo il seguente errore:

v.to.rast input=cu308150 a monte_amiata layer=1 column=VALORE output=rastsurf use=attr
