[Gfoss] JGrass rilasciato in prealpha

Grande notizia Andrea! Grazie per il vostro lavoro.
In questi giorni sto scrivendo un capitolo della mia tesi dedicato a
FOSS GIS, e Grass in particolare... adesso potrò presentare anche il
nuovo di JGrass! :-)
