Quindi in Canada propendono per un rilascio con obbligo di citazione
della fonte, anche sui prodotti derivati,
tramite questa dizione:

"(c) Department of Natural Resources Canada. All rights reserved."

Purtroppo pero' non riesco a tradurre bene il passaggio "fully paid"
(a costo pieno ?)
