[Gfoss] help grass nativo 4 win

Anche io ho configurato il .bat seguendo il README

http://geog-pc40.ulb.ac.be/grass/wingrass/README

e tutto funziona bene.
In particolare:

set GRASS_WISH=wish85.exe

..credo sia quello il problema.
