Hi Tyler,
I have finished to write the annual report, please check and if inform 
me if any adjustment is needed.

FYI:
I want also to inform you that at the last "GRASS Italian users 
meeting", the new Board was elected (it will be in charge for the next 2 
years).
The last board mission was to start and organize the association 
(gfoss.it) and to affiliate it with OSGeo.
In a short time the new board will elect the new designed "liason officier".
