Ho installato PROJ4 da questo sito:
http://www.kyngchaos.com/software/unixport/frameworks

e il file epsg è installato sotto:
/Library/Frameworks/PROJ.framework/Resources/proj/

Ecco le definizioni (mi sembrano uguali a quelle che mi hai scritto):
