[Gfoss] finalita' statuto - II

Sempre riprendendo la storia di questi ultmi mesi, m'e' sembrato che ci fosse 
stato un momnento in cui si desse importanza a

FOSGeo (F per Free)  e fioe' GFOSS

invece che solo:

OSGeo e cioe' GOSS

e' un argomento frose  da tutelare negli scopi.
