[Gfoss] mapserver : fcgi

Salve a tutti.

Mi servirebbe aiuto per il seguente problema :

vorrei usare sotto Windows e IIS la versione di MapServer con supporto fastcgi.

Una volta ottenuti i binari con il supporto abilitato, non essendoci documentazione al 
riguardo, mi chiedo come faccio a configurare il tutto affinchè funzioni.

Cosa bisogna specificare nel map file e nella configurazione di  IIS ?
