[Gfoss] New Grass 6.2.0 available for Debian Etch

Ciao Niccolo,

Otto (www.adaris.de) mi ha chiesto di cambiare il link sulla
pagina di download sul tuo server (fatto).

Mi sembra che non c'e' PROJ 4.5.0 li' - sarebbe importante
perche il DB degli EPSG codici e' stato aggiornato (piu'
qualche bugfix). Ma non sono espertissimo di Debian.
