[Gfoss] mapserver su osx 10.4.5

salve,
ho da un po di tempo installato mapserver non da sorgente ma tramite  
i vari file .pkj come descritto a questa

mi trovo però in difficoltà nel visualizzare la demo di mapserver,
ho provato a settare i file index.html
e itasca.map
ma senza successo (premetto che sono inesperto di mapserver e i miei  
errori vi potrebbero risultare banali)

--ho copiato il workshop nella cartella siti della mia home :
   ~/Sites                 (users/epi/sites)

--l'eseguibile "mapserv" si trova in :

    /Library/WebServer/CGI-Executables/


ecco come ho editato ifile :

1)index html :

2) itasca.map :

       WMS_ONLINERESOURCE "http://192.168.1.8/~epi/workshop/index.html"


ho creato una cartella tmp in :

/Library/WebServer/Documents/tmp/

ho attivato condivisione web in preferenze di sistema
poi sono andato con safari su :

http://192.168.1.8/~epi/workshop/index.html

ma quando clicco su initialize mi da questo errore :

The requested URL /Library/WebServer/CGI-Executables/mapserv was not  
found on this server.


c'è qualche mac-user che può darmi una mano?
